This website is about my family, the West and O'Bryan families of central Missouri and what I have learned about our history. Genealogy is an endless subject so this site will be a work in progress. It is divided into two main sections; my father's family, the WESTS and my mother's family, the O'BRYANS. Those two sections can be accessed by using the links on the left side of this page. Both of those pages will have links to family information, some great old pictures, and hopefully some documents when I get the time to add them "Supplement to the Hess Family in America 1984", by Barbara Allison contains many years of family research done by Barbara. She has graciously allowed me to copy it to this website. Thank you, Barbara! The "Photo Album" contains some of my favorite personal
photos. There are also photo albums on the West and O'Bryan

O'BRYAN/O'BRIEN WEST. They were married for 61 years. Dad
passed away October 12, 2001 at the age of 97. Mother passed away
in 1985 at the age of 82. I miss them every day. They had
eight children;
